1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://mrrwinstonsalem.com (the “Site”), operated by Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Winston-Salem (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us through the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Winston-Salem and Mr. Rooter Plumbing of East Greensboro – Burlington are independently owned and operated plumbing companies in North Carolina, licensed by Mr. Rooter Plumbing LLC.
We are not the corporate Mr. Rooter entity, and we are not responsible for services provided by other Mr. Rooter franchises. Statements on this Site apply to work performed by our company in our service areas of Forsyth and Alamance Counties and surrounding areas.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or with other users’ access

Where these Terms conflict with a signed work order or service agreement, that document controls as to the work it describes.
Plumbing content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not a substitute for inspection by a licensed plumber. Do not rely on Site content to diagnose or repair plumbing problems yourself. Attempting repairs without proper training can cause property damage, water contamination, gas leaks, or personal injury.
5. Estimates, Pricing, and Scheduling
Estimates. Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the conditions observable at the time of inspection. Conditions discovered after work begins — including concealed damage, code violations, corroded or non-standard components, or inaccessible piping — may require a revised estimate. We will obtain your approval before performing work beyond the approved scope.
Pricing. Prices are quoted before work begins and are valid for 24 hours unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and site conditions.
Scheduling. Appointment windows are estimates, not guarantees. Emergency calls, weather, traffic, and jobs that run long may affect arrival times. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays.
Cancellation. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
6. Coupons and Promotional Offers
Promotional offers advertised on the Site, including the $25 off plumbing repair services offer, are subject to the following unless the offer states otherwise:
- Valid only for services performed by Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Winston-Salem or Mr. Rooter Plumbing of East Greensboro – Burlington
- Must be mentioned at the time of scheduling
- One offer per service call; may not be combined with other offers or discounts
- Not valid on work already in progress, previously completed work, or invoices already issued
- Cannot be redeemed for cash and has no cash value
- Minimum purchase may apply
- We may modify or discontinue any offer at any time
7. Warranties and the Neighborly Done Right Promise
Workmanship and parts warranties apply as stated in your written work order or invoice. Warranty terms vary by the type of work performed and the manufacturer of the parts installed.
The Neighborly Done Right Promise® is a program of Neighborly and Mr. Rooter Plumbing LLC. Its terms are set by those companies and are available at their websites. Our obligations to you are governed by your work order and by applicable North Carolina law.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification or repair by others, freezing, ground movement, tree root intrusion after service, or conditions outside the scope of the work performed.
8. Telephone Calls, Text Messages, and Consent
By providing your telephone number through a form on the Site or during a call, you authorize us to contact you at that number regarding your service request, including by telephone call, text message, and prerecorded or autodialed message where applicable.
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Calls to and from our published telephone numbers may be monitored or recorded as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The Mr. Rooter® name, logo, the Neighborly Done Right Promise®, and related marks are trademarks of Mr. Rooter Plumbing LLC and its affiliates, used by us under license. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use those marks.
Site content — text, layout, graphics, and photographs — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Customer Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in our marketing materials, including on the Site and on third-party review platforms.
You represent that any content you submit is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe the rights of others. We may edit submissions for length or remove them at our discretion.
Reviews displayed on the Site reflect the experiences of individual customers. Individual results vary.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under North Carolina law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence, or for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
